① Enable Wi-Fi function on your device.
② Connect your phone to your device's Wi-Fi network.
③ Once connected, return to the APP homepage. Your device will appear in the device list, confirming a successful connection.

② Go to Gallery → Device.
③ Select the images or videos and tap the Download button to save them to the APP's local album. Then tap the Save button to save them to your phone, and tap the Share button to share.

OTA updates may fail if the wireless connection is unstable, the battery level is too low, or the device does not have enough available storage.
Before updating, ensure the Wi-Fi connection is stable, the battery is sufficiently charged, and enough storage space is available. Then try the update again.

First, make sure your phone is not automatically switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data during the connection process. We recommend disabling mobile data while connecting to the device.
Next, verify that all required app permissions have been enabled and confirm that both the device's Wi-Fi AP and Hotspot functions are turned on.
If the connection still fails, restart both the device and the mobile app before trying again.

The device may have accidentally entered Firmware Update (Bootloader) Mode.
Press and hold the Power button for 10–20 seconds until the device shuts down completely, then restart it normally.

If the visible-light image is unclear, the surrounding environment may simply be too dark for the visible-light camera.
Also check whether the lens is covered by moisture, fingerprints, or dirt. Clean it carefully with a soft microfiber cloth and avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals.

GPS reception may be limited when the device is used indoors or in areas with significant overhead obstruction.
For the best performance, use the device outdoors in an open area with a clear view of the sky.

The laser rangefinder may not activate if the battery level is too low.
Before using this feature, make sure the internal battery is above 20% or the external battery is above 50%. Recharge or replace the battery if necessary.

If the image appears blurry, first adjust the focus manually or use the autofocus function (if available).
Also inspect the infrared objective lens for fingerprints, dust, or moisture. Clean the lens gently with a soft microfiber cloth designed for optical equipment. Never use abrasive materials or corrosive cleaning solutions.
If image quality does not improve and the lens coating appears damaged, professional service may be required.
